Key responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the domiciliary care branch, ensuring compliance with CQC regulations and organisational policies.
  • Lead, support and develop the Care Coordinator and Field Supervisor to maintain an effective and motivated team.
  • Drive business growth by increasing care hours from the current level of approximately 700 per week.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local authorities, commissioners and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Prepare the branch for its first CQC inspection by implementing robust quality assurance and compliance processes.
  • Monitor service performance, identify areas for improvement and implement effective action plans.
  • Ensure high standards of person-centred care, safeguarding and client satisfaction.
  • Manage branch resources effectively and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency.
  • Participate in the shared on-call rota, including weekday and weekend cover.

Do you have?

  • A full UK driving licence.

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary of up to £40,000 per year, depending on experience.
  • Bonus structure available once the branch reaches 1,000 care hours.
  • Weekend on-call payment of £100, with weekday on-call shared between the team on an unpaid basis.
  • Statutory pension with a company pension plan.
  • Fully paid training and development opportunities, where applicable.
