Job Scope:

We are looking to recruit a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Manager for our client’s Home Care services. Our client, a Registered Charity, supports over 1,000 older people through its nursing and dementia care homes as well as home care services. With a strong reputation and an experienced workforce, the organisation is committed to delivering compassionate care and making a positive impact.

As the Registered Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations, ensuring high-quality care services are delivered effectively. You will lead a team of care coordinators, field care supervisors, and care workers, working closely with Head Office support to maintain smooth operations.

The Registered Manager will also be responsible for maintaining compliance with all regulatory standards and overseeing staff development through training. Additionally, you will play a key role in ensuring the business grows in line with targets.

 

Do you have?

  • Level 4 NVQ (RMA) or Level 5 QCF qualification in Social Care.
  • Strong understanding of CQC assessment criteria for achieving Good and Outstanding scores.
  • Experience in managing service provision within the care industry.
  • Proven experience in managing teams and staff.
