This job role covers multiple locations within Worcester. One of them is located in a lovely residential area of the city called St Peters and will support 4 Young Adults moving from residential college to their first home in the local community.
About the role
As a Team Leader you will ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the service, providing support to staff and delivering high-quality, enabling care to those we support. You will assist the deputy manager in ensuring regulatory compliance. You won’t be alone in this; you’ll lead a team of Senior Support Workers and Support Workers, with additional support from other departments and your Locality Manager will also be on hand to support you.
This job role covers multiple sites and Positive Behaviour Support Experience is necessary. Drivers with access to a vehicle are preferred.
