We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a dynamic and experienced Registered General Nurse (RGN) to support the safe delivery and ongoing development of community-based complex care services in London.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing domiciliary care service and play a key role in shaping clinical standards, supporting care teams, and ensuring high-quality person-centred care delivery.

About the Role

As a Registered General Nurse, you will provide office-based clinical leadership and oversight to support clients receiving complex care within their own homes and community settings.

You as a Registered General Nurse (RGN) will oversee clinical risk assessments, care planning, package mobilisation, staff training, and competency assessments, ensuring care delivery remains safe, compliant, and evidence-based at all times.

The role requires a confident and proactive clinician who can work independently while supporting operational teams and contributing to service growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee the clinical components of care delivery
  • Support mobilisation and implementation of new complex care packages
  • Conduct clinical assessments, reviews, and risk management processes
  • Develop and oversee person-centred care plans
  • Provide training, supervision, and competency assessments to care staff
  • Support clinical governance, compliance, and quality assurance processes
  • Liaise with multidisciplinary teams and external healthcare professionals
  • Provide clinical guidance and support to operational teams
  • Monitor quality standards and support continuous improvement initiatives
  • Contribute to the development and growth of clinical services
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and records

About You

  • Registered General Nurse with active NMC PIN
  • Minimum 2 years’ nursing experience within community or hospital settings
  • Experience in complex care, clinical risk management, and care planning
  • Strong understanding of safeguarding and governance frameworks
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
  • Confident delivering training and supporting staff development
  • Good IT and documentation skills
  • Positive, organised, and solutions-focused approach
  • Teaching or mentoring experience desirable
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle preferred
