About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and proven Head of Recruitment to lead recruitment across our Ofsted division.
This is a hands-on role for someone who understands the Children’s Services sector and has a strong track record of successfully recruiting Registered Managers and senior operational professionals within Ofsted-regulated services.
You will work closely with the Senior Management Team and operational leaders to understand recruitment requirements, attract high-quality candidates and ensure vacancies are filled with the right people.

You will need to understand what makes a strong Registered Manager, where to find them and how to successfully attract and recruit them.
