We are recruiting on behalf of our client for compassionate and resilient Support Worker to support children and young people within specialist residential services.
The services support young people with emotional and behavioural needs, complex needs, and additional vulnerabilities, within safe, structured, and nurturing environments. About the Role
As a Support Worker, you will provide day-to-day care and support to children and young people within a residential setting, ensuring their safety, wellbeing, and development at all times.
You will support young people with daily routines, emotional regulation, education, independence skills, and community engagement, while promoting positive behaviours and maintaining professional boundaries.
The role requires a proactive and resilient individual who can work effectively as part of a team, manage challenging situations calmly, and contribute to creating a stable and supportive environment for young people.

Support is delivered within structured residential settings with high staffing ratios, including 3:1 support where required, allowing teams to provide consistent therapeutic care while maintaining staff wellbeing and appropriate downtime during shifts.
