Probably Reddit — there’s a community for literally everything, so I
always end up reading about completely random topics I didn’t plan to
learn about that day. And Spotify — it’s always playing in the background
while I work, travel, or just switch my brain off for a bit. Music keeps
everything going.
What is the last book you read?
On the Road by Jack Kerouac. I’m re-reading it since I read it long time
ago.

What are the essentials skills for someone working in recruitment to have?
Good communication, emotional intelligence, patience, and the ability to
genuinely listen to people. Recruitment is not just about filling roles —
it’s about understanding what both sides really need.
What does your day-to-day role entail?
Speaking with candidates, sourcing talent, coordinating interviews,
supporting clients, and making sure the recruitment process runs
smoothly from start to finish. No two days are ever the same, which
keeps it interesting.
What’s the coolest thing you’re working on right now?
Helping connect healthcare professionals with opportunities and seeing
how one successful placement can genuinely change someone’s life and
career path.
What’s the most inspiring part of your job?
The human side of it. It’s rewarding knowing that sometimes a single
conversation can help someone gain confidence, find a better
opportunity, or start a completely new chapter in life.
