We are looking to recruit a Support Navigator to join a specialist Forensics team supporting individuals who have progressed through forensic pathways and are rebuilding their lives within the community. This role involves working with people with mental ill health, substance misuse histories, and complex behavioural needs, delivering structured, person-centred support to promote stability, recovery, and risk reduction.
About the role
In this role, as a Support Navigator you will hold a caseload of individuals requiring intensive, coordinated support. You will develop detailed support and risk management plans, work closely with multidisciplinary teams, and ensure that safeguarding, compliance, and recovery-focused outcomes remain central to all interventions. The position requires resilience, strong professional boundaries, and a confident, trauma-informed approach.
