About the Role
In this role, you as a Registered Care Manager will oversee all aspects of care delivery – from staff recruitment, training, and supervision to ensuring compliance with CQC regulations and delivering exceptional care outcomes. The role is initially office-based, transitioning to a hybrid model (up to two days working from home) after the first 12 months of successful integration.
