Job Scope:
We are in search of a Commissioning General Manager who possesses a strong track record in leading the commissioning process and effectively managing operational services. In order to provide a smooth and seamless transition to the new service, the ideal candidate for the position will make apart opportunity to become familiar with the home care standards by immersing themselves in existing facilities.
Key qualifications for the Commissioning General Manager role include prior experience in managing neurological degenerative diseases, dementia care, and handling challenging behaviors. The Commissioning General Manager must possess a dedication to enhancing residents’ quality of life, along with adeptness in supervising, mentoring staff, financial management, and generating comprehensive reports.
This role offers an exciting opportunity for the Commissioning General Manager to be part of a dynamic team amidst the implementation of a new clinical management structure and administrative support system.
