Join a caring and dedicated team delivering outstanding domiciliary care across Bristol. As a Senior Care Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in ensuring that every service user receives safe, person-centred care while supporting care staff and maintaining smooth day-to-day operations.

About the Role 

As a Senior Care Coordinator you’ll be responsible for managing staff rotas, completing spot checks and supervisions, and assisting with care plan assessments and reviews. You’ll act as the main point of contact for service users, families, and professionals, always ensuring clear and compassionate communication.
This role also involves supporting the branch with compliance, safeguarding, and record keeping, as well as participating in the on-call rota. Occasional travel to Chippenham may be required for training or team support.

 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Coordinate rotas to ensure consistent, high-quality care delivery
  • Carry out staff supervisions, spot checks, and performance reviews
  • Support assessments, care planning, and service user reviews
  • Ensure full compliance with CQC and safeguarding regulations
  • Maintain accurate records and respond promptly to queries and concerns
  • Work collaboratively with care teams, families, and external professionals
  • Participate in the on-call rota as required

 

About You 

  • Previous experience in a Care Coordinator, Senior Carer, or similar role within domiciliary care
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Confident in rota planning, supervision, and problem-solving
  • Good understanding of CQC requirements and safeguarding practices
  • Professional, caring, and adaptable approach to work
  • Valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
  • Flexible and reliable team player committed to quality care
