The Website I visit the most is Pinterest, I love it because you can get creative ideas and inspiration about anything such as books, cooking recipes, healthy diets etc.

2. What is the last book you read?

The last book I read is “Atomic Habits” by James Clear.

3. Describe your job in three words.

Interesting, impactful, challenging.

4. What are the essentials skills for someone working in recruitment to have?

Communication, time management, building relationships, active listening, and so on. These are some of the most important qualities a recruiter should have because this is a people-focused profession, therefore good communication skills, active listening skills, among other skills, are essential.

5. What does your day-to-day role entail?

Scheduling meetings, creating agendas, working on projects as required, event coordination, making travel arrangements etc.

6. What’s the coolest thing you’re working on right now?

I am working on a project about a new feature that will be incorporated into the recruitment process which I believe will be very impactful for our job.

7. What’s the most inspiring part of your job?

The fact that I am contributing to a team that has the goal of impacting people directly and especially the fact that I am working on making the whole workflow easier for my manager.

8. What challenges have you faced?

Haven’t faced any challenges yet but I did see many new opportunities open up which is always exciting.

9. What is the best thing about being part of the Olive Recruit Team?

The positive energy, the team-focused colleagues, the fact that it’s a company that directly impacts vulnerable people and people with special needs.
