We are working with a dynamic and people-focused healthcare organisation committed to providing outstanding, person-centred services throughout Leeds. They are seeking an organised and proactive Care Coordinator to support daily operations, ensure seamless service delivery, and enhance overall client satisfaction.
About the Role
As Care Coordinator, you will take ownership of workforce coordination and client support, ensuring care services are delivered efficiently and in line with regulatory and company standards. You will act as a key link between clients, clinicians, and internal departments, helping to maintain strong working relationships and consistent service quality.
The role will be office-based during the first six months to allow for full integration into the team, with the opportunity to transition to a hybrid working arrangement thereafter.
