Although I studied journalism, most of my work experience has been in sales and business development. I found myself naturally drawn to these roles, and I enjoy them because they offer continuous learning—there’s always something new to discover every day.
When I’m not working, I enjoy reading books, spending time with friends, jogging, and, of course, watching FC Barcelona matches.

What are the essentials skills for someone working in recruitment to have?
Communication and a proper understanding of the Health and Social Care sector are essential. The work we do daily is sensitive, governed by clear guidelines, and requires maximum transparency. To perform our job effectively, it’s crucial to communicate clearly with both candidates and partners. To do this successfully, we must have a thorough understanding of how the Health and Social Care sector operates.
What does your day-to-day role entail?
Talking to people on the phone and attending meetings with the aim of fostering collaboration.
What’s the coolest thing you’re working on right now?
We are currently in the process of expanding our scope of services, and I’m happy to share that I am part of the project.
What’s the most inspiring part of your job?
Personally, I believe the most inspiring part is the team effort we all put into helping people, both personally and professionally.
What challenges have you faced?
I have faced many challenges so far. Honestly, I wouldn’t like to emphasize anything specific. What I would say, though, is that I try to face all challenges with one simple thought in mind: There is a solution for everything!
